Create Your Fundraiser Page

Starting a Donation Campaign is as easy as 1-2-3-4

We're here to make the entire process of donating easy and memorable.

Step 1 - Click the 'Sign Up' button and complete the required fields to set up your new account.

Step 2 - Click the orange 'Create Campaign' button in the upper right hand corner of the website and enter the required infomation to complete your campaign.

Step 3 - Invite friends and family. Spread the word to your to your social community on Facebook, Twitter and via email so they can join in and help support your campaign. We make it easy to share photos, updates and posts. 

Step 4 - Receive donations. You can post updates or make changes to your campaign from your dashboard.  We recommend sending thank you notes to people who make donations.

Common Questions

1. Does it cost money to create a campaign? No, it is absolutely free to create a campaign.  

2. Is it safe? Your HelpDonate campaign features the payment processor PayPal which offers the very best in secure payment encryption technology. The donors online payments are safe and your money is stored securely until the campaign comes to and end and we will send the funds to you via electronic bank transfer.

3. How do i get the money raised? Once the campaign ends, we will send you the funds via electron bank transfer to your PayPal account.

4. How long does it take to get the funds? On average, the funds usually get dispursed withing 5-7 business days.

5. How much does HelpDonate charge per campaign? We charge approximately 2.9% + $.30 goes to our online payment service provider per transaction including an additional 5% which covers our overhead expenses and employee salaries.

6. What if i don't reach my campaign goal? No worries, you will keep every donation you receive and reaching a goal is not required.

7. How will i know if i get a donation? You will get an email notification of every donation received.
